Some friends of mine were talking about a trip they had made after graduation. They had proven themselves responsible and their parents had agreed for them to go on a trip of exploration. They had not been away from home before and their parents were on the nervous side to say the least. Their parents loaded them up with all the equipment and snack foods and Phone Cards they thought they could use. It sounded so exciting as they spoke of all the adventures they had enjoyed and the sights they had seen on their travels. They would use their International Phone Cards and call their parents to let them know of their daily adventures. Because they were able to enjoy the trip with their children their parents became less nervous. They said by the end of their explorations their parents would actually have researched places they wanted them to see on their next days adventures. As they said the most important thing they packed were there Calling Cards. It was the phone calls home that made their parents feel secure in their travels which made them able to enjoy and experience this once in a lifetime opportunity.
